Abstract Floods are natural disasters that often occur in countries with high rainfall, such as Indonesia. due to sudden changes water level; therefore, the dam cannot withstand increase causing overflow into riverbank area. As a result of this issue, system was created can be used provide information about river levels. This relies on computer vision program camera monitor level through image processing. Image processing allows process surface detected at ditch’s edge.
